About Agnieszka Rossouw

Other Information I have been very lucky to be grated ''outstanding'' in my last inspection. In my setting children are: Allowed plenty of free play time to develop imagination, explore arts and crafts, play games, read books, create stories, sing, dance, cook, listen to the music, relax and spend time in the garden playing sports and building tents. Allowed to express their minds and emotions (teaching them to understand what they feel and how to express yourself), with the goal to gain confidence and resilience and feel valued and listened to. With that said, I aim to teach children to be respectful of other’s feelings and opinions. We follow our Golden Rules. Encouraged to eat healthy food, keep moving and keep safe, help with tidying up, and develop listening and following instruction skills. Encouraged to take part and have their own ideas, as well as enjoy achieving by being praised and encouraged to ‘’have a go ‘’ and keep on trying. (Skills for life)
